Whether you arrive with a Pantone reference, a physical swatch, or a target GSM and content, we narrow fabric options and manage lab dips through bulk approval. We record lot numbers to support continuity across reorder seasons.
Technical inputs
GSM, width, shrinkage tolerance, pilling resistance, and stretch/recovery where applicable. For activewear, we align wicking and abrasion expectations with yarn and knit structure.
Shade control
We match shade as closely as production allows. Colors can still look a little different in photos than on the original product because every screen reflects color differently. That difference is not a reason for a refund or remake.
When to engage us
Early—fabric choice drives construction, needle type, and finishing. Engaging at tech-pack stage reduces costly pivots after sampling.
