Customization & branding
Step 01
Send your kit list, size chart (or destination country), and deadline — or your tech pack and quantities. Include logo placement and size if those matter.
Step 02
We produce a paid sample so you can check quality and fit before bulk. Sample and bulk payments are refundable only if the goods were not received or a completely different product was delivered. If you did not send a size chart, we use our default for your country and region.
Step 03
Bulk production after you approve the sample, then export-ready packing and delivery. Because every garment is custom-built on demand, returns are not available as a general rule — see our terms for when a refund applies.

Provide your size chart, or we grade to our default chart for your country and region. We strongly recommend a paid sample so you can check fit and quality before bulk — size, color, and quality preferences after production are not a reason for a refund or remake.
