You retain ownership. We use the artwork solely to produce your order and don't reuse club or sponsor branding elsewhere; see our terms of service for the full clause.

Yes—private label neck labels, exterior branding, and retail-ready packing are available. Free custom cards and custom bags are available with bulk orders only — not with sample orders.

Tech packs or sketches (or a kit list and squad size for team programs), target quantities, timeline, fabric preferences, and branding method. Include logo placement and logo sizing if those matter, plus your size chart if you have one. The more complete the brief, the faster we can respond.

Every product is custom-built on demand for that customer, so returns and refunds are not available as a general rule. No. Mockups are 2D or 3D visuals, often created with AI. They are a design reference, not a photograph of the finished garment. The original product may look a little different from the mockup.

If you did not provide logo placement and logo sizing with your order, we cannot accommodate complaints that placement or size is incorrect. Send placement and size instructions with your artwork if those details matter to you.

Colors can look a little different in photos than on the original product because every screen reflects color differently. That difference is expected and is not a reason for a refund or remake.

No. We do not offer sponsor visits or customer visits to where our products are made.

Report it to us. If you receive product images from any source other than Sagafat Internationals, tell us and we will handle it ourselves.
