Sizing
Send your size chart with the order, or we will grade to our default size chart for your country and region. We do not publish a single measurement table, because fit blocks differ by market and by the garment you order.
Custom manufacturing is cut to a chart, not to a guess. You have two options, and we need one of them before bulk is cut:
Option 01
Provide your size chart
Attach the measurements you want us to follow — your brand chart, club roster chart, or a retailer spec. We will produce to that chart.
Option 02
We use a regional default
If you do not send a chart, we use our default size chart for your country and region. Tell us the destination market in the brief so the right default is applied.
We strongly recommend ordering a sample first to check fit and quality. Because every garment is custom-built on demand, size, color, and quality preferences after production are not reasons for a refund or remake. A sample is the surest way to confirm the garment before you commit to volume.
If you did not provide a size chart, logo placement, or logo sizing, we cannot accommodate complaints that those details are not what you expected. Mockups are 2D or 3D visuals (including AI) and the finished product may look a little different. See our terms of service and FAQ for the full commercial policy.
