Terms of service

Club, team & sponsor branding. For team and club kit programs, the ordering club or organization retains ownership of its crest, sponsor logos, and any player names or numbers submitted, and warrants it has the right to have that artwork applied to garments. Sagafat Internationals uses submitted branding solely to produce the ordered program.

Returns and refunds. Every product is custom-built on demand for that customer, so returns and refunds are not available as a general rule. Sample and bulk payments are refundable only if the goods were not received, or if a completely different product was delivered — for example, shirts ordered and jackets received. In those cases we will refund the amount paid or send the correct product. Quality, color, size, and mockup differences are not grounds for a refund or remake.

Order minimums. Bulk minimum is 20 pieces; sample minimum is 5 pieces. We strongly recommend buying samples first so you can confirm quality, color, and fit before you place a bulk order. Free custom cards and custom bags are available with bulk orders only — not with sample orders.

Mockups. Mockups are visuals created in 2D or 3D (including with AI). They are a design reference. The original product may look a little different from the mockup.

Logo placement and sizing. If you did not provide logo placement or logo sizing with your order, we cannot accommodate complaints that placement or logo size is not correct.

Color. Colors can look a little different in photos than on the original product because each screen reflects color a little differently. That difference is not grounds for a refund or remake.

Sizing. Provide your own size chart, or we will use our default size chart for your country and region. Size-related complaints after production are not accommodated.

Factory visits. We do not offer sponsor visits or customer visits to where our products are made.

Unauthorized product images. If you receive images of your product from any source other than Sagafat Internationals, report that to us. We will handle those cases ourselves.
