From first prototype to locked grade rules for bulk and future seasons.
Either provide your size chart with the order, or we will use our default size chart depending on your country and region. We strongly recommend a paid sample first to check fit and quality. Size preferences after bulk production are not a reason for a refund or remake.
Deliverables
Production follows the chart you provided or the regional default we confirmed. Buy a sample before bulk if fit has to feel a certain way.
Channel considerations
If you sell in more than one market, send the chart you want us to follow. If you do not send a chart, we apply the default for the destination country you name in the brief.
What you send
Your size chart if you have one, destination country if you want our default, and logo placement/sizing if those matter. If you omit them, we cannot accommodate later complaints about size or logo position.
