The challenge
Metro Basketball Academy runs six age groups with players joining mid-season, which meant a standing kit program rather than a single one-off order. They needed reversible practice jerseys, printed player numbers, and a way to top up sizes without re-cutting an entire run.
The program
We set up a standing size-run template per age group and held approved fabric and print settings on file so top-up orders could be produced without a new sampling cycle. Reversible jerseys were built with a shared inner label to simplify care instructions for parents.
