The challenge
Northbound Apparel needed a manufacturing partner for their first private-label collection—heavyweight hoodies and oversized tees—without committing to a large opening order before validating fit and fabric hand-feel with their audience.
The program
We started with a 600-unit pilot across two colorways, held shade and fabric standards from the pilot as the locked reference for all future POs, and moved to a recurring monthly production slot once sell-through confirmed demand.
