A full home-and-away kit program across senior, reserve, and youth squads, delivered before pre-season.
The challenge
Riverside United needed matching home and away kits for four squads—senior, reserves, and two youth age groups—with a new sponsor logo and a hard delivery date before pre-season friendlies. They sent their size chart and logo placement with the brief, and ordered a sample before bulk.
The program
We ran a squad-by-squad size survey ahead of cutting, sealed a home and away sample kit for sign-off, and scheduled bulk production in two lots so senior kits shipped first for pre-season while youth kits followed two weeks later. Sponsor and club crest placement was proofed digitally before sublimation.

138 player kits across 4 squads delivered 9 days ahead of the pre-season deadline
Zero size-exchange requests after rollout, versus 12 the prior season
Reorder of training wear and travel tracksuits placed within the same quarter
